Updated Blogger.com and my OTJ work sheet. This week I have been on the job training for administering Test and Trace payments. We have been given instructions on how to process the claims rather than actual physical training due to Covid-19 but have had various Microsoft Teams meetings and direct training over the phone/teams with Senior Officers and Managers and have begun to work through the claims allocated to me.

this week I have volunteered myself to be part of a team to administer  Test and Trace payments  once we have received the log in details for the systems that are required. At the moment, we have been given instructions on how to process the claims rather than actual training so have used my OTJ time to familiarise myself with the procedure for when I am allocated claims.
