This week I have been trying to finalise any outstanding work I have as I am on leave for Xmas from 19/12/19 to 05/01/20. This has involved chasing claimants to try and process claims before Xmas and generally making sure my workload is as up to date as possible. I am waiting for HBinfo to accept my registration and will then revise the piece of evidence in Skilsure that needs regulation/legislation information including. I have three other pieces of evidence waiting to be checked. I have spoken to my manager and have received some performance information. I will look at my case load to gather a picture of the types of claimants I currently deal with and once I have gathered enough information will put a  piece of work together to show my knowledge of claimant to cover K4. I have also asked my manager to assist me in some behaviours evidence by providing a witness statement. I have also spoken to my senior officer who checks our teams work on a regular oc...

This week I have been continuing my normal workload. Following my one-to-one I have a clear plan of areas I need to gather evidence in. I have two pieces of evidence that need small amendments and legislation including but am still waiting for my membership to HB Info to be authorised following my application last Thursday. Over the next week I will be finalising my outstanding work ready for xmas leave.

This week I have continued my normal work load of new claims/change of circumstances/universal credit atlas work. I changed my study day from Tuesday to Thursday to tie in with my Week 10 one-to-one meeting. I have today received feedback from evidence previously submitted so once I have discussed some areas in my one to one will make any amendments required and will then make a plan of further evidence I need to find to submit to complete areas which can then be signed off.
