This week I have continued my normal work load of new claims/change of circumstances/universal credit atlas work. At this time I am still awaiting responses from claimants before I can complete and submit other evidence. I don't want to start any further evidence gathering until the items I have submitted have been checked as don't want to duplicate evidence if I have already met criteria. Once they have been checked I can make a plan of what cases I need to deal with to gather my remaining evidence. I will spend some time on the Cyber Security Safeguarding course and should complete this on my study day. On Friday we had some system down time and were given some e-learning to complete. I will submit the certificates achieved onto Skilsure as part of my Personal Development. Still issue on Skilsure where Fire Safety still showing as not complete?

At this time I have screenshots etc in order to submit two other pieces of evidence but still waiting responses from claimants too before I can complete and submit others. During my study day this week I am going to mainly spend my time writing up the evidence I have gathered and submit the completed piece of evidence I have on Skilsure. I will spend some time on the Cyber Security Safeguarding course. On Friday we have some system down time and have been given some e-learning to complete. Any relevant e-learning will be submitted onto Skilsure as part of my Personal Development.

If I have time I may try and complete another section on the Cyber Security Safeguarding course but am not treating this as a priority as I have already completed 4 out of the 8 sections on this online course. I received a copy of my Monitoring and Progress Report from Nicola Griffiths and this confirms I have completed my BKSB live Maths and English assessments up to Level 2.9 which I believe from my telephone review is the highest this grades you so don't believe I have any further as...

I was on leave last week and have only had one day back at work prior to my study day. Monday 4th November mainly entailed catching up with emails - especially those from my joint working with the Children Missing in Education team. These were my main priority as there was a backlog due to none being dealt with in my absence. The remainder of the day was spent working through my workload and finalising any claims/cocs that I could. My study day will be used to continue with the Cyber Security online course now we have received confirmation that this is to be done and some evidence gathering. During my 5 week telephone review, I was set the task to complete S8.1 and S8.2 by week 10 but following feedback from assessor, these were met in the evidence I submitted W/C 21/10/19. Woop woop!
