This week I have continued my normal workload which has included ATLAS/UCATLAS and even worked overtime on Saturday to help keep the work flow up to date. I have also had quite a lot of referrals from children missing in education due to my joint working with them as there have ben a lot of children not returned to school following xmas leave so these need following up and cross referencing between our systems. Following our meeting regarding the citizenship project we were told of an event where we could have held a stall to promote CTR/LWP but after discussion we have decided to wait for a more suitable event that will be more to our area of benefits and knowledge.

This week I have continued with my normal workload. ATLAS work had an increased amount this week, we had 60+ each rather than the usual 30 due to xmas backlog and annual upratings starting to come through so this took me two days to complete. I have continued to take screen shots to support my evidence gathering to work on today on my study day and also will make contact with LWP team following meeting regarding Citizenship Project.

Completed E-Learning on 'Email Stress' during system downtime 10/01/20 This week I have continued my normal work load whilst continuing to gather/write up evidence. We have arranged a meeting on Friday 17/01/20 to discuss the Citizenship Project whilst also meeting the target of our 'stretch' challenge.

Following my return from Xmas leave I have been trying to catch up with my workload and get back up to date. We have also been working on ATLAS work as there was quite a large backlog due to the Xmas period and this week we received approx. 35 each, mostly Pension Credit uprates. There was a known issue where ATLAS was bring the information through with gaps in income so this has required extra checking etc when dealing with. I changed my study day to Thursday this week due to my one-to-one telephone review and also as we have no Northgate system on 09/01/20 and 10/01/20 due to upgrades etc. I may be able to do some coursework on both these days once outstanding e-learning/email clear up etc has been done.
