this week we have already started to see in increase in both new claims and new UC applications with a view to this increasing further over the coming weeks. I have therefore continued to work my normal hours but have also done overtime and will be working this weekend to try keep ontop of the workload at this difficult time

this week has been quite unusual at work due to the spread of the corona virus. work has continued as normal but I expect that work load ill increase as people are forced to self-isolate or stop work. as a homeworker I will continue to remain flexible in my work approach.

This week I have continued my normal workload of new claims, change of circumstances and ATLAS/UCATLAS. Changed my study day to Friday as telephone review arranged with Emma from Escalla. Went into the office on Monday 9th March for a meeting with the overpayments team as I have been asked to update the overpayment procedures for benefit officers. This also ties in with my Stretch & Challenge which was set regarding overpayments and I will spend my study day updating the procedures.

This week I have continued my normal workload of new claims, change of circumstances and ATLAS/UCATLAS. No system on Friday 6th March due to annual billing so changed my study day until then but may be limited as to what I can do ie screenshots etc
