W/C 16/12/19

This week I have been trying to finalise any outstanding work I have as I am on leave for Xmas from 19/12/19 to 05/01/20. This has involved chasing claimants to try and process claims before Xmas and generally making sure my workload is as up to date as possible. I am waiting for HBinfo to accept my registration and will then revise the piece of evidence in Skilsure that needs regulation/legislation information including. I have three other pieces of evidence waiting to be checked.
I have spoken to my manager and have received some performance information. I will look at my case load to gather a picture of the types of claimants I currently deal with and once I have gathered enough information will put a  piece of work together to show my knowledge of claimant to cover K4. I have also asked my manager to assist me in some behaviours evidence by providing a witness statement. I have also spoken to my senior officer who checks our teams work on a regular occurrence and have asked him to check my work and see if I have made any mistakes so I can rectify this and cover B1 accountability.
