This week I have continued my normal workload of new claims, change of circumstances and ATLAS/UCATLAS.
Changed my study day to Friday as telephone review arranged with Emma from Escalla.
Went into the office on Monday 9th March for a meeting with the overpayments team as I have been asked to update the overpayment procedures for benefit officers. This also ties in with my Stretch & Challenge which was set regarding overpayments and I will spend my study day updating the procedures.
