I have continued to carry out my normal work to help colleagues rather than take a day for my apprenticeship as agreed with Escalla due to the current increase in benefits work - this has even involved working overtime on a weekend to keep on top of the current workload due to Covid-19


I have however spent some time this week replying to Greg in preparation for my telephone review on Friday and will then discuss work going forward and set targets etc
